My name is Natalie and I have a passion for Health, Fitness and Strength as a Personal Trainer from Leamington Spa.
Welcome! I’m a passionate advocate for movement, a mother of four, and a dedicated fitness professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. From a young age, I recognized the transformative power of exercise. I started my journey at just 14, working at my local gym and training alongside inspiring personal trainers. This experience ignited my passion for fitness and led me to compete with the Godiva Harriers running club in Coventry, where I learned the importance of discipline, community, and focus during challenging times.
As I navigate the complexities of life, including PCOS, ADHD, postpartum recovery, and approaching perimenopause, I’ve discovered that movement remains an essential tool in overcoming obstacles. I firmly believe that life is filled with ups and downs, and maintaining a consistent exercise routine can equip you to face whatever comes your way—physically and mentally.
