We understand that each individual has unique goals, abilities, and restrictions, which is why our personalized training programs are tailored specifically for you. Each session begins with a detailed health assessment that includes evaluations of blood pressure, body fat, muscle water levels, bone density, and calorie-specific macro equations. This thorough analysis allows us to set precise, achievable goals and create a customized plan that optimizes your journey toward better health.
We believe in a holistic approach—it’s not just about working out; it’s about understanding your complete health profile to promote overall well-being. Our personal training sessions are available in flexible formats of 30, 45, or 60 minutes, catering to your schedule and preferences.
Additionally, we offer small group training options for groups of 2 to 5 people, fostering a supportive environment while still delivering personalized attention. At Graft, we’re committed to helping you achieve your optimal health and fitness through tailored strategies that empower you to reach your fullest potential.
PERSONAL TRAINING
PT sessions are 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour with a 30 minute health assessment at the start and end of each pack. Book this session alongside your PT ie your first session will be 90 minutes for a 1 hour PT session.
PAIRED TRAINING – add an additional £11 (30 mins), £12 (45 mins) or £14 (1 hour).
REMOTE TRAINING
Monthly training to help you meet your fitness goals. Use of PT Hub and advice throughout. Various remote training and subscription packages available. Prices vary.
VITAMIN INJECTIONS
B12 Injections – A 20 minute session given every 6-8 weeks. Discounts available for multiple bookings. £29.99
YOGA
Experience mind and body connection through a series of physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation.
Sessions are based at my unit for one or two people. Prices vary.
MASSAGE
Therapeutic massage treatments provide powerful benefits, including stress relief, muscle tension reduction and improved circulation. Prices start from £50.
