My name is Natalie and I have a passion for Health, Fitness and Strength training – always for a better mindset.

At the age of 14 I started working part-time at my local gym. Little did I know this would be a passion I have followed through for life so far. Now at the age of 34 working as a personal trainer for nearly 17 years I can honestly say – I love what I do.

At 14 I also started running for my local running club: Coventry Godiva harriers. This is a sport that is a passion of mine still today and a massive part of my life. I compete for both Leamington spa and Warwickshire –  it’s something that I hold very close to my heart.

Running as a passion is not just for the fitness, or improvement of health but mainly for the positive effect it has had on me mentally. It has got me through some mentally challenging times which hasn’t got easier – add kids, work, and all the rest life offers. We all know sometimes it can get too much, but a better fitness level, stronger body and improvement of health can change everything. Your mind, your outlook, the way you deal with different challenges. This is what I strive to do – movement for mind always!

I have worked with training beginners, athletes, pregnant women, post/pre pregnancy, those with injuries and injury prone clients.

Exercise is something we should all have as part of our weekly routine. It’s essential, it’s needed and ultimately it’s proven to support mental wellbeing.
