VITAMIN INJECTIONS
VITAMIN D
A 30 minute session administering a Vitamin D injection – a maximum of 3 a year.
Vitamin D assists in:
- Promoting healthy bones and teeth
- Supporting immune, brain and nervous system health
- Regulating insulin levels and supporting diabetes management
- Supporting lung function and cardiovascular health
- Influencing the expression of genes involved in cancer development
You can have up to 3 Vitamin D injections a year.
Not advised for people:
- with blood pressure issues
- with kidney or liver issues
- who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- who have had a blood transfusion in the last 6 months
BIOTIN VITAMIN H
A 20 minute session for a Vitamin H injection administered weekly for 6 weeks. Then a 3 month break and repeat.
Your body needs biotin to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Biotin is often recommended for strengthening hair and nails, and it’s found in many cosmetic products for hair and skin. Like all B vitamins, it is water soluble, meaning the body does not store it.
Biotin is given weekly for 6 weeks. You then have a 3 month break and repeat weekly for 6 weeks.
Not advised for people:

- with kidney or liver issues
- who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- who have had a blood transfusion in the last 6 months
VITAMIN B12
A 20 minute session for a Vitamin B12 injection given every 6-8 weeks
Common signs of B12 deficiency:
- Extreme fatigue
- Frequent headaches
- Problems maintaining balance
- Changes in vision
