My Body Blast PT sessions are designed to get the blood moving around the body, revitalising those muscles whilst leaving you completely energised both physically and mentally. They are suitable for varied fitness and strength levels.

Designed for all abilities. 50 minute sessions including workouts. Sessions are indoors at my bespoke unit in Warwick for a maximum of 4 people.

HYROX CLASS

We are delighted to announce a brand new 4 week course focussing on HYROX training for up to 4 peeople.

HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

BODY BLITZ

Get fit, trim and lose lbs in our Body Blitz classes designed for all abilities

50 minute classes including weekly workouts, nutrition advice and recipes and free Graft t-shirt for newcomers

Sessions are outdoors at Newbold Comyn in the summer and indoors in Whitnash during the winter months. The course runs on Wednesdays at 6pm for 5 or 6 weeks.
