INDIVIDUAL GRAFT FITNESS PT SESSIONS
We offer bespoke, personalised 1-2-1 PT Sessions designed to maximise your progression. You’ll leave our PT sessions feeling challenged, motivated and ready for more. SMALL GROUP PT
Sessions are indoors at my bespoke unit in Warwick for up to 4 people. Start dates and times vary.
Small Group PT
BODY BLAST PT
Designed for all abilities. 50 minute sessions including workouts. Sessions are indoors at my bespoke unit in Warwick for a maximum of 4 people.
Body Blast PT from January
HYROX CLASS
HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Sessions are indoors at our bespoke unit in Warwick. Start dates and times vary.

50 minute classes including weekly workouts, nutrition advice and recipes and free Graft t-shirt for newcomers
Sessions are outdoors at Newbold Comyn in the summer and indoors in Whitnash during the winter months. The course runs on Wednesdays at 6pm for 5 or 6 weeks.
