Exercise is a minefield after just having a baby! I’m not going to lie – the ins and outs on what you can and cannot do are not very specific and as a first-time mum, I felt there wasn’t enough support or information for what women can and should be doing. 

It can feel pretty overwhelming having a baby. Whether it’s your 1st or 10th baby, your body has gone through many changes in a short amount of time.

As a personal trainer with over 15 years’ experience specialising in pre and postnatal and also a mama to 4 lovely kiddies, I think there needs to be more focus around being pregnant, having babies, exercise and mental health.

Let’s face it, pregnancy is hard and having babies is even harder, so being in the best physical and mental state is essential for both, I want to share as much information as possible to educate and enable women to stay fit, strong and active in pregnancy.
